Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Nuelogix Technology Company Limited collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep it deliberately short because this site collects very little.
Who is responsible for your data
Nuelogix Technology Company Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any question about this policy or your data, email support@nuelogix.co.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us, plus the minimum needed to keep the site working:
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number, company (optional), what you need help with (optional), and your message. Fields marked * are required to reply — without them we cannot respond to your enquiry.
- Anti-abuse data: your IP address is checked briefly when a form is submitted, to limit repeated submissions. It is not written to a database.
- Display preference: whether you chose light or dark mode is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
What we do not collect
This website uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use what you send only to answer and follow up on your enquiry. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and preventing misuse of the site, and on the necessity of acting on your request before entering into a contract where an enquiry leads to a quote or agreement. We do not use your details for marketing without separate consent.
Who we share it with
We share your enquiry with service providers that help us operate, and only as far as needed:
- Vercel — the hosting and network provider that serves this website.
- Resend — the email provider that delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail — the mailbox provider where your enquiry is received and stored.
- We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Our hosting, email and mailbox providers process data on servers outside Thailand. For those transfers we rely on the data protection terms in our providers' contracts as the safeguard required by sections 28 and 29 of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for no more than two years after your last contact, unless the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship — then we keep records for the period Thai accounting and tax law requires. We delete earlier on request.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may request access and a copy of your data, correction, erasure or anonymisation, restriction of use, object to collection, use or disclosure, request transfer of your data to another controller, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to support@nuelogix.co and we will act within the 30 days the law allows. If you believe we are not meeting our obligations, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted to our email provider over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date above.
